He cofounded Flourishing Academy after working for more than sixteen years in the corporate world. He is an associate certified coach, a certified professional coach, a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered coach, a Mars-Venus success coach, an NLP practitioner, EFT practitioner, and a certified Ex-DISC. He holds an MBA from Manchester Business School with a background in computer engineering and accreditation in project management and risk management as well. He has been trained by John Gray, Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield, Sue Knight, Brene Brown, Dr. Barbara De Angelis, and Dr. Shirzad Chamine, and is a member in International Coaching Federation, International Positive Psychology Association, and Canadian Positive Psychology Association. He’s also a father for Judie and Omar, likes traveling, scuba diving, and having a wise legacy.
